On Approval of Edict No 2 of 21 April 2020 of the President of Georgia on the Declaration of the State of Emergency throughout the Whole Territory of Georgia

In accordance with Article 71(2) and (7) of the Constitution of Georgia, Article 2(1) of the Law of Georgia on State of Emergency, and Article 83(2) and (4) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Georgia,

the Parliament of Georgia shall establish the following:

1. Edict No 2 of 21 April 2020 of the President of Georgia on the Declaration of the State of Emergency throughout the Whole Territory of Georgia shall be approved.

2. This Resolution shall enter into force upon its adoption.
